For District-Level Users: How to View Test Results for a District on a Particular Test

You can access test results for a district on a particular test. This gives you a high-level access of how the district is performing.

How to Access Test Results for a District

  1. Generate a dashboard and click a program name.

  2. Click an assessment title in the table of assessments. The District Performance on Test report appears, listing campuses in the district (refer to Figure 14).

How to See Which Campuses in the District Performed Well on This Assessment

Look at the average score column and/or Performance Distribution column, and click the Average Score column to sort by it (refer to Figure 15).

How to See How Well Campuses in the District Performed in Each Area of the Test

Click the vertical section bars to expand the reporting category sections (refer to Figure 16).

 

NOTE: Beginning with the 2025–26 school year, STAAR Interim and STAAR elementary and middle school science assessments and high school Biology assessment no longer include reporting categories. Instead, science content is grouped into strands, and due to the small number of items included for each science strand, no reporting data is provided at the strand level.

Scale score and performance level for elementary and middle school science will be updated after standard setting and available in July 2026.
