For Campus- and District-Level Users: How to View Test Results for a Campus on a Particular Test
You can view test results for all students in a campus on a particular test. This gives you a high-level look at how the campus is performing.
How to Access Test Results for a Campus
Campus-level users:
Generate a dashboard and click a program name.
Click an assessment title in the table of assessments. The Campus Performance on Test report appears.
District-level users:
Generate a dashboard and click a program name.
Click an assessment title in the table of assessments. A table listing assessment results by campus appears.
Click the name of the campus for which you would like to see results. The assessment results for the campus appear.
NOTE: district-level users can also access the test results from a campus directly from the Performance on Tests report, by first filtering by campus.
The Performance by Roster tab is open by default, as in Figure 12.
How to See Which Rosters Performed Well on This Assessment
In the Performance by Roster tab, look at the Performance Distribution column and click the header of the average score column to sort by scale score (refer to Figure 13). Results can be sorted by average score in the Performance Distribution column.
NOTE: Beginning with the 2025–26 school year, STAAR Interim and STAAR elementary and middle school science assessments and high school Biology assessments no longer include reporting categories. Instead, science content is grouped into strands, and due to the small number of items included for each science strand, no reporting data is provided at the strand level.
Scale score and performance level for elementary and middle school science will be updated after standard setting and available in July 2026.
