For Teachers and Campus-Level Users: How to View Student-Level Data for All Your Rosters

The Performance by Student tab displays test results for each of your students across rosters. In order to see the results for all your students, follow the instructions below.

  1. From the dashboard, click a program name.

  2. Click a test title in the assessments table at the top of the page.

  3. In the report that appears, select the Performance by Student tab, as in Figure 5. You will see results listing all your students. The first few rows also show aggregate performance data for your district, campus, and region.

NOTE: Elements in Table 1 are annotated in Figure 5.

To see which students performed best, click the score or performance columns to sort them.

You can access your students’ performance in each area of the test by clicking the reporting category section bars to expand them, as shown in Figure 6a.

NOTE: Beginning with the 2025–26 school year, STAAR Interim and STAAR elementary and middle school science assessments and high school Biology assessments no longer include reporting categories. Instead, science content is grouped into strands, and due to the small number of items included for each science strand, no reporting data is provided at the strand level, as shown in Figure 6b.

Scale score and performance level for elementary and middle school science will be updated after standard setting and available in July 2026.
