The District and Campus Coordinator Resources, a collection of webpages, is prepared for its initial publishing in the beginning of each school year. For the 2020–2021 school year, additional updates are planned in the fall and again in the spring. Occasionally, certain circumstances may require publishing an "out-of-cycle" release.

Viewing the Coordinator Resources

The Coordinator Resources are created digitally using the online platform Confluence. The best browser options for viewing it are Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Internet Explorer should not be used.

What's New?

The What's New page is dedicated to informing readers of any information that changes during updates or "out-of-cycle" releases.

Colors

Colors are used throughout these Coordinator Resources webpages to distinguish information specific to each program. Colored banners will direct users to the beginning of a particular program's content and may also be used within a program's section to immediately connect the reader to its associated program.

Page Search: Users can search for a single word or phrase on a page by following the steps below.

  • Press the Ctrl + F keys (Cmd + F on a Macintosh) simultaneously on any page. A "Find in page" window opens up at the bottom of the screen.

Confluence page search bar

  • Type in the content you want to find on the page. In this example, there are four matches as indicated by the results text.  By selecting the Highlight All button in the menu bar, a colored background appears behind the searched content for each of the four matches found (only one highlighted match is represented in this screenshot).

Example of a searched set of words

  • In the following example "Password" is searched without selecting any of the menu options; however, the feature still provides the user with the number of matches on this page, and will highlight the first one it finds. To advance to the next match, click either the up or down arrow next to the search window.

Example of a searched word

  • In the following example, Match Case is selected from the menu bar. Notice that although the word is present on this page, because the command provided was to match the case the word is not found. This is indicated by the red background in the search window as well as the match result: "Phrase not found."

Example of a searched word that was not found

  • In the following example, the first image shows that part of a word can be searched and all results containing that part of the word are found. In the second image, Whole Words is selected from the menu bar; there are no matches as the function is looking for the entire word.
